ABOUT OOZGM

How we build a useful field guide.

Our evidence, authorship, AI assistance, selection criteria and correction process, explained in plain language.

Start with a decision

An OOZGM guide should help someone decide whether an app fits a particular job. A list of features alone is not enough. We consider the intended output, the setup required, the points where the workflow becomes difficult, and the cost of keeping or leaving the app.

Coverage is organized around common tasks. We do not claim this launch collection represents the whole market, a scientific ranking or the 100 most popular apps. Selection is editorial and intended to provide meaningful contrasts across eleven categories.

Separate evidence from interpretation

Documented capabilities come from the linked official store listing or product documentation. Listing snapshots identify their retrieval date and market. Prices, plans, platform features and regional availability change, so readers should confirm current terms with the provider before paying or migrating information.

Statements about who may find a workflow useful are editorial judgments. They are not promises of performance. For example, calling an app suitable for organizing a personal research library expresses a fit judgment; it does not imply that we measured its behavior on every device or tested a particular library size.

Be honest about AI and testing

AI tools assist with research organization, drafting and language. Launch content is source-based analysis and has not undergone a documented independent human hands-on testing program. We do not invent a named reviewer, physical device, test result, personal anecdote or professional credential to make a page seem more authoritative.

Every article labels its scope. Suggested checks and workflows are things readers can try; they are not reported results. If we later publish a hands-on study, it should identify the actual devices, versions, conditions, date and limitations so readers can distinguish it from this source-based collection.

Use sources readers can follow

App articles link to the official Google Play listing and the developer's website or support resource. The research notebook publishes row-level observations. We do not treat developer statements about safety, privacy, accuracy or outcomes as independent validation.

App icons are product identifiers sourced from official listings. They are not our original artwork or proof that we tested an app. Workflow diagrams are our editorial illustrations. They should not be confused with screenshots or claims about an app's exact interface.

Write for this publication

Articles are composed around specific decisions and practical consequences rather than reproducing store descriptions. Automated checks look for repeated passages and overlap with other local publications. Such checks can identify textual duplication; they cannot certify originality of ideas or replace editorial judgment.

We avoid ratings that imply a test methodology we have not performed. Comparisons should describe a useful difference and link to a full guide, rather than label a product universally better.

Commercial boundaries

Launch coverage contains no paid placements or affiliate commissions. No app developer has commissioned these launch articles. Planned advertising will be clearly distinguishable from the publication's links, and advertisers will not be presented as reviewers. An official-store button means you are leaving OOZGM; it is not a hosted download or a guarantee of compatibility.

Corrections and dates

Send the article URL, the disputed statement and a supporting source to hello@oozgm.com. Please do not include passwords, private account documents or unnecessary personal details. A report is a request for investigation, not an automatic change.

Publication dates reflect the initial release. We will update an article's revision date when its substance changes and add an explanatory correction note where a material error warrants one. We do not backdate pages or invent a maintenance history. Historical research snapshots should remain distinguishable from later observations.

Reader judgment still matters

Try a reversible, representative task before moving important information or paying for a service. Our articles are general software information. They are not individualized financial, medical, legal or safety advice, and official product support remains the right place for account-specific problems.

Game coverage and store evidence

Game guides distinguish the core play loop from progression, practice and purchase decisions. The collection contains 100 editorial selections; it is not a popularity ranking. Icons and screenshots come from official Google Play listings, are credited on the page and remain their owners’ property. Google Play ratings, rating counts, age labels and installation ranges are dated store observations, not independent measurements or OOZGM recommendations for every age. We do not fabricate rating distributions.

Our analysis is independently written from primary listing evidence. We do not copy the reference website’s reviews. We link to official stores and developer websites rather than distributing game files. The Google Play observations describe Android listings; they do not establish availability on other platforms.
